Quick & Healthy Breakfast Ideas to get you out the door

You have to get up and out first thing in the morning---What do you eat for breakfast?
Maybe your schedule remains the same, it's just super early. Or maybe it varies (like mine) and there are days you have to get out of the house earlier than you'd like.

Are you someone who likes to lay out your clothes for the upcoming day, and possibly pack up your things that you will be needing whilst your away?  Kudos to you do this! This is better know as "pre-planning," and yes it definitely does make the morning easier and less stressful.

So why can't you do this for your breakfast? Maybe some of you do, yet it's a struggle to keep it healthy.

What are you going to "pre-plan" for breakfast?
Think in terms Macro-Nutrients: Carbs, Protein and Fats, and try to keep your breakfast in a ratio that suitable for you and your specific diet plan. (Need a Diet Plan that's individualized just for you? Let's talk).

Why not put a "bento box" style breakfast together the night before? Add some sort of meat (Protein), veggies and/or fruit (Carbs), and some nuts or slices of avocado (Health Fat).  Voila! A healthy breakfast on the go.
P.S. Nut butters/nuts can be both a source of protein and fat. Eggs are a protein source, not dairy.
Be creative, and put in things you enjoy.

If you have time to sit and enjoy your breakfast at home, yet are still short on time, you can pre-plan by putting all the ingredients together the night be fore.  I made a post that my be helpful.  You can find it here.  Just get the "bases" together and the "add-ins" together the night before, and mix them together in the morning.
Voila! Quick and easy breakfast at your finger tips.

Best way to incorporate healthier eating habits are one step at a time.
For example pick one day to try this out, or one breakfast idea out, and then build from there.
