Ann Treacy is a certified Holistic Health Coach, Transformation Life Coach, Fitness Trainer and a Nutrition Consultant. She holds a B.A in Psychology. Her specialty is helping women in their 30's and beyond find peace of mind with their dietary intentions and discovering their true strength through lifestyle transformation. Ann takesan allied approach with her clients to help them come up with answers for themselves, find meaningful reasons for change, and draw on their own strengths to hold them accountable. She inspires her clients to find that place of inner joy, so overall health can evolve.
Ann's ideal client is someone who wishes to reach a new level of health as they age. This level of health is having a body that you love, peaceful and intuitive awareness around food, and time to do things for your well-being.
Outside of her passion for coaching and encouraging others to lead healthier and happier lives, Ann loves quiet time with a great book, outdoor adventures such as skiing, hiking, tennis, swimming and biking. She loves incorporating yoga and healthy eating into her life and knows that self-care is of utmost importance. Her two grown children and her husband of 28 years are precious gifts of which she feels abundantly grateful for.
