How you eat can make or break your health goals! For the next 21 days I will guide you through how to make the practice of eating mindfully an everyday behavior for you. There’s work involved, but I know you can do it! You just have to be mindful of it (no pun intended). My first bit of advice....
Eat SLOWLY and MINDFULLY
O.K, I know you know that already. You are probably thinking, but HOW and WHY??
The HOW to do it, will be texted to you (from 41259) for the next 21 days. Each day you will be given action step to follow, so the mindful, eat slowly practice will become second nature to you.
